About Mandy Hernandez

Mandy Hernandez is the Regional Operations Manager at Platinum Resort Assisted Living & Memory Care, where she oversees daily operations to ensure residents and staff receive the highest level of support. With hands-on experience in marketing, medication management, and direct resident care, Mandy brings both skill and compassion to her leadership role.

Her journey at Platinum began as a Platinum Angel on the floor, where her dedication quickly stood out and led to her promotion into management. Over the past three years, Mandy has found her calling in creating safe, calming environments for residents during some of the most vulnerable times in their lives.

Before joining Platinum, Mandy spent ten years as a stay-at-home mom to her three children. Once they started school, she pursued an education in health sciences, where she discovered her passion for senior care. Today, she takes pride in both serving residents and working alongside a team united by compassion and excellence.
