What Is The Timeframe To Open A Memory Care Mansion?
There is no set in stone answer for this. Depends if you are doing a New Construction or not. For our partners, the timeframe can be about 15-18 months.
Am I Qualified To Start A Memory Care Mansion?
Anyone can do this deal. It's not very complicated. You just need to you have the right strategy, be willing to learn and put in the legwork, and have some money saved.
How Much Money Do I Need To Start?
You don't have to have a ton of capital do start your own Assisted Living. However, it certainly helps. We recommend about $50,000.
Do You Charge A Fee For Strategic Partnership?
Yes and no. You will pay a fee at the start. However, when we receive bank funding, we will invest all that money back into your deal.
